Privacy Policy — Free Country

Effective date: July 15, 2026

Free Country is a civics life-sim game for ages 9+, published by B1GFOOT Software ("B1GFOOT," "we," "us"). It is built for young players, so we hold it to the simplest standard there is: Free Country collects nothing, from anyone. No data, no identifiers, no network. There is nothing to disclose, because nothing exists.

No data collection

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information — not from children, and not from anyone else. There are no accounts and no login; none exists.

No ads, no analytics, no tracking

There is no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. The app contains zero third-party SDKs, including crash reporting and analytics. Its only dependency is FreeCountryKit, our own local game-engine package that runs on your device.

Fully offline

The app makes zero network connections. There is no networking code, no web views, and no remote hosts anywhere in it. Nothing is transmitted, ever.

What's stored, and where

Two values are saved on the device, and only on the device: which constitutional rights the player has encountered (their "Pocket Constitution" progress) and a count of lives played. Everything else lives in memory only while you play. None of it leaves the device, and deleting the app deletes all of it.

Notifications

None at all. The app sends no push notifications and no local notifications, and it never asks for notification permission.

Children's privacy

Free Country is designed for ages 9+, including children, and it collects no information from them — or from anyone. Because the app has no data collection, no identifiers, and no network connection, there is nothing gathered, stored off-device, shared, or sold.
