Privacy Policy — MAKE WAY

MAKE WAY is a ship-handling game for iOS, published by B1GFOOT Software ("B1GFOOT," "we," "us"). MAKE WAY collects no data of any kind. This policy explains exactly what that means.

No data collection

MAKE WAY does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no telemetry, and no crash reporting. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and the app contains no third-party SDKs of any kind. Its App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."

Fully offline

The app makes zero network connections. There is no networking code anywhere in the shipped app, and it declares no App Transport Security exceptions. B1GFOOT never receives any information about you, because there is no channel by which it could.

Everything stays on your device

Your game saves and mission progress are stored locally on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, synced, backed up to B1GFOOT, or shared with anyone. Deleting the app removes it all.

Audio and the splash screen

All VHF radio voice in the game is prerecorded and baked into the app. There is no runtime text-to-speech, no streaming, and no voice service contacted while you play. The app's one web view renders a bundled file from within the app itself, with JavaScript disabled and no remote references — it cannot reach the network.

No social features

There is no user-generated content, no chat, no social features, and no links out of the app.

Children's privacy

Nothing is collected from anyone, children included.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address and the effective date above revised.
